Prototyping tools

I love webflow. In fact, this whole site is created using it. I use it for prototyping and creating code to hand over to dev. It's also helped my understanding of concepts like flexbox due to the visual editor. Highly recommended.

Focused on transitions and animations. Quick to get up and running, better suited for mobile, but can do desktop. I love it for micro interactions as its incredibly speedy to get fairly detailed transitions up and running quickly.

Built and used by designers at Facebook. Very powerful but a steep learning curve. Great for mobile apps.

Figma's prototyping capabilities have improved massively over the last few years. The go-to for basic user flows.

The new framer lets you design and publish websites from the tool. Now competing with webflow.

Simple drag and drop interface with loads of pre-built components to get you going.

Basically Invision. Some slight variations but good for linking together simple user journeys.

Has some interactions, but better for prototyping flows.

Fairly new. Seems to play nice with swift. Could be worth a shot
